| To post your resume on C2CFinder, click on "Individual" or "Recruiter" at the top of the home page, and then click on "Post Resume". If you are already registered then go to "My Workspace" or "My Account", then click on "Post Resume". |
| 2. How do I edit my resumes? |
| From the C2CFinder homepage select "Login" menu and login to your C2CFinder Account, then select "My Resumes". This will list all resumes you have posted so far. Click on the "edit icon" next to a "trash icon" under the "Action" column. |
| 3. How long is my resume searchable? |
| Your resume remains searchable until you change its status to In-Active under "My Resumes". You can also delete your resume completely. For Individuals only one Resume can be active/searchable at a time. |
| 4. How many resumes can I post? |
| With a free Individual or Recruiter Account, you can create and store unlimited resumes per email address. For Recruiters: All posted resumes will be searchable at all times unless you change the resume status to In-Active. For Individuals: Only one Resume can be active/searchable at a time. When you make on resume active the currently one becomes In-Active. |
| 5. How do I take my resume off-line or make it non-searchable? |
| To take your resume off-line or to make it non-searchable, log into your C2CFinder Account and select "My Resumes". You can either change the status to In-Active so that it is no longer searchable, or you can delete the resume completely. |
| 6. How do I know if the employer has received my resume? |
| You may apply directly online to a particular contract and include a brief message while applying. Your application is automatically sent to the appropriate recruiter. When you apply online, you will receive an instant on screen confirmation as well as an email confirming the contract you applied for. |
| 7. How do I change my password? |
Log into your C2CFinder Account and select "My Area" incase of Recruiters and then click on "Change Password" button. If you are an Individual simply login and click on the "Change Password" link under "My Workspace". |
| 8. What is Tag It? How do I use it? |
Tag It is a cool feature for Recruiter Accounts on C2CFinder. You can Tag a Resume or a Contract you like while searching so that you can view it at a later time. You can also add notes to the tagged Resume's & Contracts. You can use this feature if you are constantly following up on a particular Contract or Resume. |
| 9. How do I change my contact information and other details? |
Recruiters: Login to your C2CFinder Account and Click on "My Area" under "My Account" and click on the "Edit Profile" button. Individuals: Log into your Workspace and select "My Resume". Select the "edit" icon next to the specific resume you want to modify. |
| 10. Is C2CFinder a free service to individual job seekers? |
| Yes. C2CFinder services are available to individuals at no charge. You can search contracts, apply online, post your resume and save contract Searches for free. |
| 11. How do I know if the contracts posted are still available? |
| When you are searching for contracts you have the option of selecting to view contracts that were posted in the last 1,3, 7,15, 30, 60, 90, 120 and 365 days. This allows you to control the "freshness" of contracts you wish to apply to. Contracts are automatically archived after the listing duration. |
| 12. How do I post Contracts? |
| Log in with your Recruiter Account if you are an existing C2CFinder member and select "Post Contracts" under "My Account". If you want to become a new member and post contracts, select "Recruiter" from the homepage and then select "Sign Up". From there you can sign up and receive your login name and password and have full access to the Recruiter Section. |
| 13. How can I get more information on a resume? |
| You can contact the candidate directly by using the Contact Candidate feature on the Resume Detail page. You can also call them on their contact number listed on the profile page. |
| 14. How can I get additional information on a contract posting? |
| If you have questions about a particular contract, you can reach the Recruiter on their Primary Phone number listed on the contract details page. |
| 15. I forgot my password. How can I get retrieve this information? |
Click on Login from the Home Page and click "Forgot Password" button. Simply enter your email address used for signing up in the form and "Send". If your email is valid, your login details will be emailed instantly. |
| 16. How do I create an account with C2CFinder? |
| Click on "Recruiter" or "Individual" from the Home page based on the if you are representing a company or you are an individual job seeker. Then click on "Sign Up" and complete the registration steps. |
| 17. How do I apply for a contract? |
| Please click on the contract title and click on the "Apply" link on the details page. This will redirect you to the login page if you are not logged in. After login it will show a listing of your resumes to choose from. Write a brief note using the Notes box next to the Resume you want to use for this application and click "Apply". |
| 18. I just created an account and can't login. What should I do? |
| If you just created an account with C2CFinder and can not login, this means that you have either not completed the email verification process uasing the email sent to you. Please check your inbox to see if the email is available for you to confirm. If you do not see the email in your email inbox, please check your spam/bulk mail folders to see if your ISP routed our email there. Also add info@c2cfinder.com to your safe list to avoid future interruptions. |
| 19. What can I search in the keyword field? |
Keywords can be important skills. eg--position, educational specializations etc. that you might be looking for while selecting a candidate. For eg:-- If you are looking for Professionals who have expertise in Java, C++, HTML. Type in all the words separated by comas.
Please avoid using soft skills like good marketing experience, smart, handsome etc.
